I’ve stumbled upon an intriguing new product here in Los Angeles: beauty products from vending machines.

First, at the Century City mall, I saw a Proactiv vending machine – with a woman making a purchase out of it. Only two weeks later, I was at the Hollywood & Highland complex in Hollywood, and I saw a mark. vending machine (no one was making a purchase at the time).

Is this happening all over the country? Is this new? Am I the only one fascinated by this? Talk to me people! Would you buy your beauty products out of a vending machine?
